About the Board
州董事会
The 常青藤科技社区学院 州立董事会 comprises 15 members appointed by the governor. 根据印第安纳州的法律, each trustee must have knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas: manufacturing, commerce, labor, agriculture, 国家和区域经济发展需要, 和/或印第安纳州的教育交付系统. State Trustees are appointed for three years in overlapping terms. One trustee must reside in each of the College's legacy fourteen regions. Persons holding an elected or appointed office of the state are not eligible for board membership.
国务院每两个月定期召开一次会议. 执行委员会(主席, vice chairman, secretary and two trustees selected by the chairman) meets in each month that the full board does not meet. The executive committee only takes action when authorized by the full board or when an emergency exists.
